- Oso received a special alert and was asked to help David learn how to ride a bicycle. But as he got there, he learned that David's bike is broken. Luckily, David remembers who to call when things are broken, Handy Manny. With his trusty tools, will Manny help Oso fix David's bike, so he can teach David how to ride it?
